Training with TBB last Saturday 26 April 2008

Last Saturday, i had a training with TBB together with my cousin Abu power. We start from TBB at 7.30 am to Puncak Alam. Total distance that we covered that day was 60km. There are 5 riders, Danny from TBB, Eric, Jason, me and abu power. The route was chalenging with alot of climbing. Fovourite route for Abu power, Jason and Danny.

Me and Eric dah kong kat belakang... but still survive.

This training i called a spped work out training because most of the speed around 30 -35 and something 38.

I have to do more hill work out because it will help me to build more endurance and speed.

So the lesson from this training is, kasi main banyak bukit la brader, kalau tak sampai bila pun tak leh kejar abu power!!!! AHHHHHH, mampuihh ooo macam ni....

Mari Menjadi James Bond - Defence Service Asia 2008

I was on duty last 24 April 2008 at PWTC for the Defence Service Asia 2008 held at PWTC. This exhibition was organised by Might, an agency under MOSTI. The exhibition started from 22 - 24 April 2008. There are more than70o companies from more than 20 country took part in the exhibition. All of them shown their most soficated weapon including heavy vehicles, helicopters, ships and submarine.

It really cool exhibition, and i got the chances to took many pictures with these weapons. This exhibition is the largest after LIMA.

As usual after duty at any exhibition, i need to prepare report for my boss. So, bucho report on the way. Need to prepare myself for a famosa trithalon this may. So, continue training... Abiyan dah cabar gua ni...

Fuhh, naik hampir cramp kaki kau ikut.. Tu pun kena tinggal jugak kat bidor... Masa tu bike jakull pancit...

Power brader Yusran ni.. So kami start dari Tmn Meru pukul 7.30 pagi bertolak ke KL..

Kitaorang regroup balik kat Tanjung Malim kedai Pau... Makan2, tangkap gambar baru chow...

Masa balik tu sekali dah sampai Rawang, bike shepon pancit la pulak...

Masuk KL dekat Selayang, hujan turun, lebat giler, kami redah jer....

Terus sampai Mohsin TTDI..
