Congratulations abiyan,adik & ait for completing Kenyir Tri 2009

Congratulations to abiyan, adik & ait for completing Kenyir Lake International Triathlon 2009 that was held yesterday 29 March 2009 at Lake Kenyir Terengganu. Good timing I believed, and for adik and ait welcome to the world of Triathlon.

From my point of view from now on, we have to really monitor what we eat, our stress level (especially due to work/job), lifestyle offcourse, and for Muslim before we start doing anythings we have to read 'doa' first so that Allah will save us from any dangers/accidents.

Other than that, we have to really take care ourselves and enjoy the races (any races that we participate).
