Great ran over the weekend, participated in the GE 30K. Although, I didn't pay for it, but manage to ran in order for milleage. It was part of my marathon training.
I ran together with Abg Mohd Noh. Nice weather, alot of runners mostly regular faces. Meet Bro Yusran, Ishal, CK and many more of letuangers. My two brothers, alit and adik dus also participated in the event. Congratulations to both of you. Hopefully this June, we can complete our marathon ya...

My time with abg mohd noh is 3:17:14. Congratulation to abg mohd noh because this is his first time ran the 30K route.
